BusinessOS 361 (“we”, “us”) uses a business management platform for inventory, point of sale, customers, accounting, HR, bookings and reporting. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.

Information we collect

Account details: your name, email address, phone number and sign-in credentials.
Organization data you enter: products, stock, sales, customers, invoices, staff and branch records.
Usage and device data: pages visited, errors and basic technical information used to keep the service reliable and secure.

How we use it

To provide, maintain and secure the service for your organization.
To process payments, send receipts, invitations and account emails.
To power the AI assistant, which answers questions using your organization's own data.
To diagnose problems and improve the product.

Your organization's data

Each organization's data is isolated from every other organization and is accessible only to members with the right role. Organization owners decide who can see what. We do not sell your data.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run this service (for example hosting, payments and email delivery), when the law requires it, or with your consent.

Retention and your choices

We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us to export or delete your personal data, and organization owners can manage team access at any time from Settings.
